MEET CJ
CJ (Catherine) started off working in the day spa industry in 2009 specializing in ayurvedic skincare and bodywork. After her first son was born, she shifted her focus to fitness and worked as a group instructor and personal trainer for seven years. Missing doing bodywork, she has come full circle and is now mixing her massage and athletic world together with the Plehn Sports Massage team! When she is not helping people feel their best CJ loves binge-watching anime, cooking, and escaping to the beach.
